Dr. Denise Duffus
Dr. Denise Duffus is the Chief Academic Officer of Instructional Based Consulting (IBC). Dr. Duffus is a dedicated educator with more than 25 years of experience in education. Dr. Duffus' work often includes curriculum & instruction, developing new teachers, coaching aspiring leaders, designing professional learning communities, creating an active learning environment, and infusing social-emotional learning into the curriculum. Dr. Duffus is passionate about establishing a continuous improvement system in which data-based problem-solving decision-making is practiced across all levels to promote student success.
Dr. Duffus earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and a doctorate in curriculum and instruction.
Andre Anderson
Andre Anderson is an instructional coach with over 16 years of classroom teaching and physical education coaching experience. He taught 8th-grade science and coached track and field. He regularly works with schools to provide positive behavior intervention for students through sports. Mr. Anderson believes that all students can learn, given the right tools and support, to transform behaviors that negatively impact their school success. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor's degree in education with a specialist track and field coaching certificate.
Sharian Anderson
Sharian Anderson strongly believes in continuous improvement and enjoys leading systems change. She views herself as an aspiring leader advocate and strives to provide the leadership necessary for individuals to cultivate a positive working environment. She builds trust, engagement, and accountability to enhance productivity.
Miss Anderson has an associate degree in bookkeeping and a certificate in management.
