Interlearning Classroom

Dr. Denise Duffus is an educator, instructional coach, and visionary leader passionate about transforming classrooms into engaging communities of InterLearning. With over 27 years of experience in education, she has worked alongside teachers, school leaders, and students to create learning environments that prioritize collaboration, critical thinking, student voice, and authentic engagement. Earned her Master's in education leadership and a doctorate in curriculum and instructions from American College of Educators.
For Dr. Duffus, education has always been about more than delivering lessons — it has been about creating experiences that inspire students to think, connect, and grow.
After years of working in classrooms and alongside educators, Dr. Duffus saw a growing need for learning environments to move beyond passive instruction and truly engage students in meaningful learning. That vision led to the creation of InterLearning Instructional Based Consulting (IBC).
Today, Dr. Duffus works with teachers and school leaders to help transform classrooms into spaces that prepare students not only academically, but also socially for the future they will inherit.
